What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment options: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Digital Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay), and Cash on Delivery (COD with ₹50 additional charge).

Do you offer EMI options?

Yes, we offer No Cost EMI on orders above ₹3,000 through select credit cards and payment partners. EMI options (3, 6, 9, 12 months) will be displayed at checkout if you're eligible. Additional terms and conditions apply as per your bank/card issuer.

Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders above ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, standard shipping is ₹49. Express shipping (1-2 days in metro cities) is available for ₹99. Cash on Delivery (COD) has an additional ₹50 charge.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days for metro cities, 5-7 days for other cities, and 7-10 days for remote areas. Express delivery (where available) takes 1-2 days in metro cities and 2-4 days in other major cities. Delivery times start after order dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment on our Track Order page, through your account dashboard, or directly on the courier partner's website using the tracking number provided.

What if I'm not available during delivery?

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If you miss all attempts, the package will be held at the local delivery center for 7 days for pickup. You can also reschedule delivery by contacting the courier directly using the tracking information.

Do you ship to remote areas?

Yes, we ship to most serviceable pin codes across India, including remote areas. Delivery to remote locations may take 7-10 business days. You can check if we deliver to your pin code by entering it during checkout.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents. For detailed return eligibility and process, please visit our Return Policy page.

How do I initiate a return?

Log into your account, go to "My Orders", select the item you want to return, and click "Return Item". You can also email support@kivoq.com or call +91 9876543210. You'll receive a Return Authorization Number and return instructions within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. It may take an additional 2-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, defective item), we provide a free return label and cover all shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind or other customer reasons, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

Yes, exchanges are available for defective or damaged products. We'll arrange free pickup of the faulty item and send you a replacement immediately. For other exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

What warranty coverage do products have?
