Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview

At Kivoq, we strive to deliver your electronic gadgets safely and promptly. We partner with India's leading courier services to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition. All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all states and union territories across India. This includes major cities, tier-2 cities, and most rural areas serviced by our courier partners. For remote locations, delivery may take additional time, and we'll inform you of any extended delivery timelines during checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3-4 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery (Free on orders above ₹1,000):

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3-5 business days
  • Tier-1 & Tier-2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Express Delivery (₹99):

  • Metro & Major Cities: 1-2 business days
  • Other Cities: 2-4 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Standard Shipping: On all orders above ₹1,000
Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹1,000
Express Shipping: ₹99 (available in select locations)
Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹50 charges apply

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment by:

  • Visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number
  • Logging into your Kivoq account and viewing "My Orders"
  • Using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Contacting our customer support for tracking assistance

Delivery Attempt and Redelivery

Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times at your provided address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If delivery attempts fail, the package will be held at the local courier facility for 7 days. You can arrange for redelivery or pickup during this time. After 7 days, the package will be returned to Kivoq, and you may be charged return shipping fees for a fresh delivery attempt.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including building/flat number, landmark, pin code, and contact phone number. Kivoq is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment to a corrected address.

Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged, please:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is severely damaged
  • Take photographs of the damaged package and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@kivoq.com
  • We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost

Order Inspection

We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Opening the package does not void your return rights for damaged or incorrect items, but please keep all packaging materials for the return process.

International Shipping

Currently, Kivoq ships only within India. We are working on expanding our services to international locations. Please check back for updates or contact us at support@kivoq.com to express your interest in international shipping to your location.

Bulk Orders

Peak Season Delays

During festival seasons (Diwali, New Year, etc.) and promotional events, order volumes are significantly higher, which may result in extended processing and delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these periods and will keep you informed of any delays.
